- Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and reservation software.
- Answer guest questions, provide local information, and resolve concerns promptly with a friendly attitude.
- Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.




- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members in a multilingual or bilingual setting when needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
