Recruit and supervise volunteer mentors
Work with school based mentoring program
Conduct interviews and training sessions
Maintain case files in strict accordance to National Standards, Casework manual and guidance from senior staff
Organize and supervise special events
Work as part of a staff team
Qualifications:
University or college graduate. The candidate must be a graduate of a post-secondary degree or diploma program. The position will be a first full-time employment in the candidate’s field of study. Candidate must not have previously participated in NOHFC internship programs.
Degree or Diploma in Human Services

Provide a current Vulnerable Sectors Check before hire

Excellent written and verbal language skills
