The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-managed, analytical Sales/Estimator to meet with homeowners and commercial clients, assess their foundation and waterproofing needs on-site, and translate those assessments into clear, accurate proposals. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role for someone who can build trust quickly, explain technical scope in plain language, and close business, all while representing a company that has built its reputation on doing the job right

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site assessments
- Prepare, present, and communicate sales proposals and cost estimates to clients on a regular basis.
- Create sales reports, forecasts, and pricing proposals for management review.
- Attain and exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Manage a pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through to signed contract.
- Collaborate with crew leads and operations staff to ensure an accurate,



smooth handoff from sale to job execution.
- Represent Mr. Foundation at trade shows, home shows, and community events.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and proposals in the company CRM.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers License and vehicle (located in Ottawa)
- 5 years of experience in Construction (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, or related residential construction methods (or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn quickly).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction sales, home improvement sales, or estimating.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Robust business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends
- Asset: Bilingual

Pay: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
