Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily and nightly shift activities within a paste fill operation.
- Coordinate paste production, delivery, and placement activities to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Ensure customer service targets and production goals are successfully achieved.
- Maintain compliance with company Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote and exemplify the company's commitment to customer service excellence.
- Lead, support, and oversee a crew of drivers and operators.
- Make timely and effective operational decisions in a fast-paced mining environment.
- Monitor equipment utilization, workforce productivity, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Mining, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or operations experience,



preferably in mining, haulage, or paste fill operations.
- MCTU Supervisor certification or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a demanding operational environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation, Ministry of Transportation regulations, and WSIB requirements is considered an asset.
- Experience with underground mining, paste fill systems, or heavy equipment operations is considered an asset.
- Previous experience as a Heavy Truck and Tractor-Trailer Driver is preferred.
- Availability to work rotating shifts in a 24-hour, 7-day-per-week operation.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
