We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cook/Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties

- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Oversee food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage food inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests.
- Lead team management efforts by training new staff,



monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and appealing to diverse tastes.

Experience

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant management principles including inventory control and quality assurance.
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience that highlights your passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
