As a Real Estate Agent Trainee, you’ll learn how to generate leads, communicate with buyers and sellers, follow up with potential clients, build a pipeline, and develop the daily habits needed to grow a productive real estate business.

You’ll have access to coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, practical scripts and tools, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and stay consistent.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Commission-based opportunity. Flexible schedule with part time and full-time options available.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

- Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.




- Follow up consistently with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and maintain daily habits that drive productivity and business growth.
- Leverage coaching and mentorship to enhance skills and build confidence in real estate transactions.
- Utilize practical scripts and tools to streamline communication and negotiation processes.
- Implement proven systems to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on commitments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance productivity.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic real estate setting.
