FLATBED TRUCK DRIVER – AZ "Canada–U.S. Cross-Border" | Full-Time

Maple Link Transport Inc is looking for experienced AZ Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of flatbed driving experience and be comfortable with Canada–U.S. cross-border transportation.

Job Responsibilities

- Safely operate company-owned flatbed equipment throughout Canada and the United States.
- Complete Canada–U.S. cross-border trips as required.
- Properly secure loads using straps, chains, binders, tarps, and other load-securement equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure all equipment is safe and roadworthy.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently when required.
- Follow all DOT, MTO, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip documentation, delivery paperwork, and inspection reports.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, shippers, and receivers.
- Follow dispatch instructions and maintain scheduled pickup and delivery times.
- Report any equipment, cargo, or delivery issues to dispatch promptly.
- Maintain a clean and professional truck and trailer.

Requirements





- Valid AZ Driver's Licence
- Minimum 1 year of flatbed driving experience
- Previous Canada–U.S. cross-border driving experience required
- Clean and safe driving record
- Valid passport and required documentation to cross the Canada–U.S. border
- Strong knowledge of load securement, tarping, chaining, and strapping
- Positive understanding of hours-of-service and transportation regulations
- Ability to complete proper vehicle inspections
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, professional, and safety-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
