Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representatives:

- Engage with existing and potential customers in person while actively seeking recent sales opportunities.
- Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Promote and sell a full range of telecommunications solutions, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times, participate in special events, execute promotional campaigns, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity,
