We are seeking an Echo Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the Echo platform. This role will help ensure Echo provides a responsive, organized, and positive experience for users, mentors, mentees, corporate partners, and internal teams.

Working closely with the Echo Program Manager and Senior Manager, Growth & Development, the Echo Coordinator will manage platform administration, user support, corporate accounts, content, data, reporting, quality assurance, and operational communications. The role will also support funding administration, identify opportunities to improve processes, and ensure routine platform activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and enjoys solving problems and supporting users. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, learn new systems quickly, and recognize when issues require escalation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the Echo mobile and web platforms, including user accounts, access, subscriptions, settings, discount codes, and routine administrative functions.
- Monitor and respond to Echo user inquiries, providing timely support with registration, account access, subscriptions, mentorship connections, content, and general platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot routine platform and user issues and escalate significant technical or product issues as required.
- Coordinate the onboarding and ongoing administration of corporate accounts, including users, permissions, content, subscriptions, renewal communications, and access.
- Provide routine platform demonstrations and support to corporate partners and users.
- Conduct initial QA and testing of new features and platform updates, document issues, and coordinate follow-up with developers and the Echo Program Manager.
- Monitor and maintain Echo data, including registrations, profiles, demographics, engagement, corporate participation, mentorship participation, and content activity.
- Collect and organize data required for funder reporting, evaluation, and performance measurement, and prepare routine reports and summaries.
- Administer surveys and other evaluation activities and maintain accurate reporting records.
- Develop, coordinate, publish,



and maintain approved Echo learning and professional development content, including courses, articles, videos, webinars, and resources, coordinating LMS formatting and publication as required.
- Coordinate webinar logistics including speakers, scheduling, delivery, promotion, and related communications.
- Coordinate the conversion and publication of course content within Echo’s LMS, working with the LMS Specialist as required.
- Maintain Echo presentations, guides, onboarding materials, user resources, and other platform documentation.
- Manage routine Echo communications, including user notifications, platform announcements, reminders, and updates.
- Provide platform information, screenshots, recordings, and other assets to support Echo marketing and engagement activities.
- Support the Echo Program Manager with financial and funding administration, including tracking expenses, revenue, developer hours, budgets, and supporting documentation.
- Collect and organize documentation and data required by the Echo Program Manager for grant claims, progress reports, performance measures, and other funder reporting.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, processes, and documentation related to Echo administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve Echo processes, user experience, communications, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Echo Program Manager on product issues, user feedback, testing, data, reporting, and platform improvements.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Growth & Development and other Elevate Aviation teams to support the effective operation and growth of Echo.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the effective operation of Echo.

Qualification and Experience

- Post-secondary education in business administration, technology, communications, program administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with two or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience providing administrative, operational, program, customer service, or platform support within a busy environment.
- Experience working with digital platforms, databases, CRM systems, LMS platforms, or other technology systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and responsive approach when interacting with users, partners, staff, and other stakeholders.




- Comfortable with introducing speakers on a virtual webinar.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, or other information management systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.
- Comfortable learning and working within new digital platforms, systems, and technology.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technology and platform issues.
- Strong follow-through and the ability to independently manage routine responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to recognize when issues require escalation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle participant, partner, financial, and organizational information appropriately.
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and commitment to supporting a positive user experience.
- Experience with mentorship programs, learning platforms, membership systems, or nonprofit organizations is considered an asset.
- An interest in aviation, workforce development, education, mentorship, or professional development is considered an asset.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with a versatile work arrangement. This position will work closely with the Elevate Aviation team through virtual meetings and collaborative digital tools.

Occasional evening and weekend work, as well as travel, may be required to support program activities and organizational initiatives.

Additional Information

- This is a salaried position based on a 40-hour work week.
- This is a salaried position at $68,640 per year
- Employer-paid health and dental benefits after one month of employment
- Eligible for GRSP matching plan after six months of employment
- $75/month phone allowance
