Location: Gibsons, BC

Hours: Part-time, approximately 12-20 hours/week, mix of daytime and early evening shifts within 10 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 4 PM operations, various days of the week.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mid-Week Support if applicable.

Compensation/Benefits:
$18.25 /hour + Bonus
Bonus Breakdown:
$10 per Membership Sold
Achievable Team Bonuses Paid out Monthly once Targets are Met

- Membership Sales: Assist in converting leads to memberships through events, tours, and personalized follow-ups during the pre-sale period.
- Member Engagement: Build connections with leads and members to enhance retention and create inclusive, memorable experiences.
- Social Media Support: Assist in promoting events and engaging leads online to amplify our mission of empowerment.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
