Key responsibilities (text) • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming customers, actively understanding their needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing tailored food and menu recommendations. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive food sales and presentation excellence by applying merchandising best practices that enhance the appeal of food offerings, maximize sales opportunities, and create an engaging customer experience. Maintain food quality, availability, and visual presentation at all times.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment by ensuring food production, service, and dining areas meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the entire shift. Accurately process customer transactions using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food offerings by planning daily menus, organizing production activities, and using ingredients and equipment to prepare, cook,
and serve meals in compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Manage inventory and stock efficiently by receiving, storing, replenishing, and monitoring inventory to ensure product freshness and availability. Support waste reduction initiatives and inventory management processes to optimize operational efficiency.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.5 CAD to 22 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
