Deol Road Carrier LTD is a reputable and fast-growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight across Canada and the United States. We’re currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch trucks for Canada–U.S. and domestic loads.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Monitor routes, manage delays, and ensure efficient load planning.
- Track shipments in real-time and handle documentation for cross-border operations.
- Resolve driver and border-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.

Requirements:

- Experience with dispatching in the trucking/transportation industry is required.
- Proficient in using the following systems:
- TMW
- STARS
- Ryder GM
- FAST System
- Border Connect
- Other related transportation management systems and ELD platforms.




- Strong knowledge of border crossing procedures and paperwork (ACE/ACI).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with shift hours if required (evenings/weekends occasionally).
