CAD Design & Draftsperson:

Brokel Stainless Ltd. is Western Canada’s most trusted stainless-steel fabricator for the past 40 years. We are currently seeking an experienced CAD Design & Draftsperson in Edmonton to help with our shop drawing creation in our commercial kitchen and general construction division, layout production drawings and expansion to our product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to create drawings for the Construction & Food & Beverage Industries for items such as tables, counter tops, sinks, cabinets, hoods and handrails in plan, elevation, and isometric views.

- AutoCAD 3D experience necessary.

- Coordinate with our clients drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Work closely with our commercial kitchen and construction department during the project work

- Provide support and knowledge to the Project Managers on design layouts

- Maintain CAD library of drawings and update previous drawings to new CAD versions

- Read and interpret construction drawings with Project Managers and Estimators

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:
- 5 years experience with AutoCAD, Revit preferred. Alternate CAD programs may be considered

- Experience in Commercial Kitchen Design is a solid asset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Other technology experience would be an asset

- Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
