Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Services Manager to lead our financial solutions team within a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer financing opportunities, enhance sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties

- Lead the development and execution of financial service strategies to increase dealership profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to present financing options clearly and confidently, ensuring customers understand their choices
- Negotiate terms with lenders, insurance providers, and customers to secure favorable deals that meet both client needs and dealership goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining financing processes, and resolving concerns promptly
- Conduct thorough credit assessments, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the financing process
- Train and mentor team members on financial products, sales techniques,



negotiation skills, and customer service best practices
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, agreements, and compliance documentation for audit purposes

Experience

- Proven experience in financial services management within a dealership or similar automotive environment
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
- Knowledge of dealership finance products, including loans, leasing options, insurance policies, and extended warranties
- Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and loan terms accurately
- Familiarity with industry regulations related to finance and lending practices
- Dealership experience is highly preferred; candidates should demonstrate success in managing financial teams or processes in such settings

Pay: $60,300.00-$173,000.00 per year
