Notary Public - Ottawa

Red Seal Notary Inc., Canada’s national notary public company is currently recruiting notaries for its downtown Ottawa location. This is a outstanding opportunity for licensed paralegals and lawyers seeking positions not involving the practice of law, with regular hours and no stress.

Candidate Must:

 Be appointed as a Notary Public in Ontario with no limitations on commission

 Have excellent communication and customer service skills

 Familiarity with notarizing and commissioning of documents

Scope of Work:

 Notarization and commissioning of documents

 Online commissioning of documents

 Fingerprinting Services

o Candidates will require criminal record check clearance prior to start - to be arranged through Red Seal Notary

 Training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- appointment as a Notary Public in Ontario (required)
