Shift Supervisor – Tim Hortons, Harrow
Full-time, hourly | 18.95 per hour

We're a locally owned group of Tim Hortons restaurants, and we're growing. We're looking for Shift Supervisors who are the steady voice on a busy shift. You keep the line moving, you have your crew's back, and you make sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived. What you'll do

Lead your shift

- Assign positions, set the pace, and keep everyone on task through peak times
- Coach and support team members on each station, and train new hires
- Keep the shift informed through huddles and communication
- Recognize great work,



and bring concerns to your manager early

Take care of guests

- Deliver a friendly, fast and accurate experience at the counter and the window
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Step in to help guests with orders, payments and the Tims app when needed

Keep the restaurant running

- Follow food safety, quality and cleanliness standards, and complete logs and walk-throughs
- Handle cash, deposits and opening or closing procedures
- Help with production, waste tracking and stocking
- Keep team members and guests safe by following security and health and safety procedures

Job type: Permanent, full-time. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Availability for early mornings, evenings and weekends is required.
