About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager – Retail Displays who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple customer projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with customers, estimating, design, production, purchasing and logistics to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and to the customer’s expectations.

You will be responsible for keeping projects moving, anticipating potential issues and ensuring all teams have the information and direction they need to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously from initial planning through completion
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables between customers and internal departments
- Review customer requirements, drawings and specifications to ensure project details are understood and communicated accurately
- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and material specifications
- Prepare and/or review material take-offs from customer-supplied drawings
- Coordinate with estimating, design, production, purchasing and logistics teams
- Process and follow up on purchase orders and vendor requirements
- Use an MRP/ERP system to monitor project progress, timelines and requirements
- Communicate project updates clearly and consistently to customers and internal teams
- Identify potential delays or issues and work proactively to resolve them
- Ensure customer requirements, quality standards and deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in project management, preferably within retail fixtures, millwork, manufacturing, fabrication or a similar environment
- Familiarity with metal, wood and acrylic materials and manufacturing processes




- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and material specifications
- Experience producing or reviewing material take-offs
- Experience working with an MRP/ERP system
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and cross-functional internal teams
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-oriented approach

Most importantly, you should be comfortable juggling multiple projects, keeping all the moving pieces organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
