Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior and exterior painting. As a Subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality work that meets our clients' expectations and project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Execute tasks as per project specifications and timelines, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on-site.
- Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for projects.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices and project documentation, in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in your Painting and Staining.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations is preferred.
- Must possess necessary tools and equipment required for the job.
