Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Wait Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food handling, and a positive attitude. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive guest services and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards




- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward guests and team members
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques is a plus
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill calculations, and inventory management

Pay: $13.30-$35.00 per hour
