Auxe is looking for experienced technicians to help install AV equipment (TVs, Digital Signage, soundbars, speakers), CCTV cameras, Smart Thermostats, and other smart devices at our clients’ homes and businesses. You will be joining a community of 80+ expert technicians that take pride in their workmanship and provide our customers with a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and complex repairs on Audio video systems.
- Installation: Execute the setup and commissioning of new systems according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, explaining technical issues to customers in a clear and qualified manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of service calls, parts used, and work orders via our digital reporting system.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to provincial safety regulations and BC Building Codes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a technical or mechanical field.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or trade certification in a relevant field (e.g., Red Seal, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology).




- Valid Driver’s License: A clean BC Class 5 driver’s license is required (company vehicle provided for work hours).
- Physical Dexterity: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, or at heights when necessary.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to handle reporting and customer service.
