We are seeking an energetic and motivated Used Car Salesman/woman to join our dynamic automotive sales team. Duties

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) interactions and community outreach to generate leads and expand the dealership’s customer base
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with the perfect used vehicles, emphasizing high-end options when appropriate
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing opportunities using effective organizational skills
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining qualified phone etiquette, clear communication, and personalized support throughout the buying process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse clientele,



including multilingual outreach in Spanish or other languages as needed
- Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategies

Experience

- Proven experience in used car sales or dealership environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, and high-end vehicle transactions
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication skills in bilingual settings (e.g., English and Spanish) or multilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing while maintaining organized records of customer interactions
- Prior experience in upselling additional products or services within a retail or automotive setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to automotive retail and customer engagement strategies
- Robust math skills for calculating payments, trade-in values, and financing options while providing transparent information to clients

Pay: $44,200.00-$159,000.00 per year
