Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Part-Time

Springview Health & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Stouffville offering medical aesthetics, wellness services, massage therapy, and relaxation treatments. We are currently seeking a skilled, client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to grow their clientele in a supportive, professional setting with strong existing client traffic, cross-referrals, and ongoing marketing support.

Our clinic combines wellness and medical aesthetics under one roof, creating a unique environment focused on both therapeutic care and relaxation-based wellness experiences.

Schedule

- Saturdays: 10:00AM- 6:00PM
- Sundays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Mondays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs and treatment goals
- Provide relaxation and therapeutic-focused treatments, including Swedish massage, stress relief, and wellness-based care
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and treatment notes




- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment by thoroughly cleaning and resetting treatment rooms after each appointment, sanitizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, and restocking supplies as needed
- Educate clients on appropriate aftercare, home-care recommendations, and ongoing treatment plans
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, organization, and infection prevention throughout the clinic
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and wellness professionals to support a positive, client-centered experience
- Participate in clinic marketing and promotional activities, including being comfortable with photography and/or video recording for use on social media, the website, and other marketing materials

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Dedicated health and wellness professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities
- Passionate, nurturing, and client-focused approach to care
- CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset
- Experience or strong interest in Swedish massage, relaxation massage, and wellness-focused treatments
- Spa or wellness clinic experience considered an asset
- New graduates welcome

Compensation

- Competitive split based on experience
- Approximate earnings: $80–$90 per treatment hour
- Gratuities paid in full
