Job Description: Network Hardware Replacement Specialist

Job Title: Network Infrastructure & Hardware Replacement Engineer
Department: Information Technology / Network Operations

- Technical Experience: Proven hands-on experience in racking, stacking, and configuring enterprise network hardware from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Fortinet).

- Network Protocols: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN tagging, subnetting, link aggregation, and basic routing rules.

- Physical Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with data center environments, patch panels, fiber/copper media types, and transceivers (e.g., 1000Base-T, SFP modules).

- Tools & Software: Experience using CLI consoles, SSH clients, Wireshark, network monitoring platforms, and configuration backup scripts.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills under tight maintenance windows, strict adherence to scheduled downtime windows, and explicit communication habits
