We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in both residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through completion while ensuring schedules, quality standards, and project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion
- Handle multiple construction projects, contracts, schedules, and priorities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate and supervise skilled trades, subcontractors, and construction labourers
- Schedule trades and ensure work is completed according to project timelines
- Coordinate materials, equipment, suppliers, and other project requirements
- Monitor project progress and address delays, site issues, or changes as they arise
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and updates using Procore
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, suppliers, trades, and internal teams
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards




- Assist with resolving project challenges and keeping projects moving efficiently
- Maintain strong communication between the office and construction sites

Qualifications

- Proven Project Management experience in both residential and commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project coordination
- Experience managing construction projects and contracts from beginning to completion
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience with construction scheduling and coordinating multiple trades
- Working knowledge of Procore construction management software
- Experience managing skilled trades, subcontractors, and construction labourers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Solid leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers, and trades
