We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-focused Service Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers. You will be one of the final points of contact for customers visiting our Service Department, helping ensure their experience is professional, productive and welcoming from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Greet Service customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices with customers and assist with general questions
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist customers with scheduling and general service-related inquiries
- Communicate with Service Advisors and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with customers as required
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Assist with administrative duties within the Service Department
- Help maintain an organized and professional customer reception area
- Support the Service team during busy periods




- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and department performance goals

What We're Looking For

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling payments and working within our DMS system, PBS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous customer service, cashier, reception or automotive dealership experience is an asset.
