Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, dining space, and kitchen stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety by following proper food handling procedures during serving and preparation

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a quick-paced setting
