We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at John Wilson Elelctric for our Electric motors ,pumps and parts distribution sales. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our clients, driving business growth through proactive outreach, personalized service, and strategic account management. Your enthusiasm for looking after walk in customers ,phone in orders ,building relationships and your expertise in sales and customer support will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and walk in contractors for their parts and orders
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, cold outreach, and market research.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.




- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data.
- Support the technical sales process by understanding product specifications and communicating technical details clearly to clients.
- Unloading products off a truck if needed
- Picking orders to be shipped or picked up
- Coordinate with the shop
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Technical sales experience is preferred, especially involving complex products or solutions.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions.
- Computer skills are a must

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
