Event Lead – Candlelight Concert

Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Rate: $22/hour
Payment: Biweekly

One World Staffing is looking for a reliable and experienced Event Lead to support an upcoming Candlelight concert in Drummondville.

Candlelight concerts are live musical experiences held in unique venues surrounded by candlelight. The Event Lead is responsible for overseeing the onsite team and making sure the event is set up correctly, runs smoothly, and is properly closed out.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the onsite event staff
- Oversee event setup, including candles, signage, guest areas and check-in
- Assign responsibilities and keep the team on schedule
- Coordinate staff breaks and provide direction throughout the shift
- Communicate with the venue, client and onsite contacts
- Assist with guest flow and handle onsite questions or issues
- Support the team throughout the concert and ensure venue standards are maintained




- Oversee breakdown and ensure all event materials are properly organized and packed
- Take ownership of the onsite operation from arrival through completion

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, production or team leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident leading a small onsite team
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Able to remain calm and solution-focused in a busy event setting
- Full availability for the 12:30 PM–11:00 PM shift
