Part time Security Guard – Residential Condominium

Downtown Toronto – King Street West & Shaw Street

Position: Part-Time Patrol Guard
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - (Morning Shift)
Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM - (Evening Shift)
Hours: 16+ hours per week
Pay: $18.00–$18.25/hour

About the Position:

Shield Security Group is looking for a reliable and professional Security Guard (Concierges) to work at a residential condominium in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct light foot patrols and monitor CCTV.
- Maintain a professional security presence.
- Assist residents, guests, contractors, and visitors.
- Enforce condominium rules and policies.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Respond to emergencies and report incidents.
- Communicate professionally with residents, management, and security staff.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable,



punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to perform foot patrols.
- Previous condominium security experience is an asset.
- Must be available for 12-hour shifts when operationally required.
