Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) is a rapidly expanding leader in US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, and Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery.

Frontier is looking for dedicated owner-operators to help us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional and timely courier services throughout Winnipeg.

Shift Schedule & Route

- Monday To Friday: 11:00AM start time, 10:00PM end time.
- Saturday: Availability may be required based on operational needs.
- The route will start at our Winnipeg head office, with pickups and deliveries throughout winnipeg and the surrounding areas.
- Compensation $2,500 to $5,000 per month.
- Owner-operators who demonstrate a consistent schedule, strong availability, and a commitment to customer service will be given priority for additional freight opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications:

Vehicle Requirements:

- Own an SUV or Passenger/Cargo van in good working condition.
- Vehicle must be insured with proof of liability and cargo insurance provided to Frontier.
- Vehicle must pass a safety inspection.

Licensing & Documentation:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Clean and current driver’s abstract (minimum of 1 year).
- Successfully completed and passed a criminal background check.
- Must be bondable.

Physical & Technical Requirements:

- Ability to safely lift,



carry and transport packages up to 50Lbs independently.
- Must have an Android smartphone capable of running our internal software. The driver’s Android phone must be their primary source of communication. Secondary phones that require data tethering will not be allowed.
- Must wear a high visibility safety vest while on site and delivering packages. Driver ID badge will be provided by the company.
- Winter cleats are required to be worn on site during winter season to ensure safe movement in icy conditions.

Communication & Customer Service:

- Proficient in reading, writing, and clearly communicating in English.
- Able to interact with clients, ensuring timely and damage-free cargo deliveries and pickups.
- Solid communication skills with clients, dispatch, and fellow drivers regarding status updates.
