B2B Sales & Business Development Associate

CareMed Wellness Clinic | Edmonton, ABHybrid | Contract$22/hour + Commission

CareMed Wellness Clinic is looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Associate to grow our corporate, healthcare and community partnerships.

This is a hybrid field-sales position. The successful candidate will work remotely for prospecting and follow-up while regularly travelling throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas to meet prospective partners, visit businesses, attend networking opportunities and develop new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new B2B leads Conduct outbound calls, emails and in-person business outreach Visit prospective businesses and organizations throughout the Edmonton area Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations Develop relationships with business owners, managers, HR teams and organizational decision-makers Identify opportunities for corporate wellness and healthcare partnerships Prepare and follow up on proposals Negotiate opportunities and work toward successfully signed contracts Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document outreach, follow-ups and conversions Represent CareMed at networking, corporate and community events Meet agreed-upon outreach and sales targets

Essential Requirements

Previous sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales process are essential for this position.





Candidates should be comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, relationship building, follow-up, handling objections and closing business opportunities.

Because this is a field-based hybrid role, regular local travel is an essential part of the position. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable travelling to client and partner locations.

Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, corporate wellness, hospitality or qualified services is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$22.00 per hour + commission

In addition to the hourly rate, the Sales Associate will receive a percentage-based commission on eligible contracts they personally originate and successfully bring to CareMed.

Commission structure, eligibility and payment terms will be outlined in the Sales Associate agreement.
