Duties

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently to tables, ensuring timely service.
- Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in food stations.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for recent guests, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs.




- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and processing payments accurately.
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, storage, and preparation to ensure guest safety.

Skills

- Previous food service experience or restaurant exposure is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic kitchen experience including food preparation and handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards guest interactions and colleagues.
