Job Summary
GO GO GOLF is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. We are an upscale indoor golf lounge featuring premium golf simulators and serving food and drinks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious meals that exceed our guests' expectations while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for special events or large groups.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.




- Collaborate with server staff to ensure timely service and quality control during meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Skills

- Proficient in food preparation techniques, with experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff.

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
