Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, about Tiles and Flooring products
- Use data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing issues, and troubleshooting
- Able to lift up Tiles and Vinyl box 25-30kgs in weight. Help will be provided but not all the time.




- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Punjabi to serve our multilingual clientele
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
- Should be able to drive forklift. Training will be provided

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy and analysis skills for managing customer records efficiently
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize customer value
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a lively environment
- Knowledge of customer service best practices along with patience and problem-solving skills

Hours:- Mon - Fri 9:am to 6:00p:m Sat 10:00a:m to 5:00p:m

Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
