What You'll Be Doing

- Installing a variety of siding materials on multi-family residential buildings to spec and per blueprints
- Cutting, shaping, and fastening siding components using hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and manufacturer installation instructions
- Caulking and sealing for a weathertight,

- Helping with carpentry as needed, including framing adjustments and minor repairs
- Keeping a clean, safe, organized site
- Working alongside the team to hit deadlines without cutting corners

What You Bring

- Solid experience in siding installation, carpentry, and exterior cladding
- Confidence with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Know-how in caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting over long days
- A team-first attitude with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Handyman experience is a big plus

Requirements

- Proven experience on multi-family siding projects
- Valid WCB (WorkSafeBC) coverage
- General Liability Insurance
- References from previously completed projects
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Ability to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Strong understanding of on-site safety procedures
