We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a growing Montreal-based consumer products company. This is a hands-on role supporting customers, sales and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and resourceful, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders, inquiries and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with presentations, reports, samples and customer communications.
- Manage the company’s Faire wholesale platform, including products, pricing, inventory and orders.
- Maintain product catalogues, price lists, website content and product information.
- Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, social media and current product launches.
- Coordinate samples, product photography and sales materials.




- Assist with trade shows and customer follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to re-engage customers and support sales growth.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, marketing or a related role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and online platforms.
- Experience with Faire, e-commerce, wholesale or consumer products is an asset.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
