ABOUT THE CHANCE You would have the opportunity to manage a downtown Vancouver residential building. The position includes a suite to live in at a discount.

ABOUT THE POSITION While reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to help tenants with their day-to-day needs. Some of your duties will include:

- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with tenants
- Managing 83 units
- Showing vacant suites and recruiting new tenants
- Assisting with tenant paperwork
- Being a resource to tenants by performing basic maintenance
- Coordinating contractors alongside the admin team
- Assisting in move-in orientations and move-out inspections
- General cleaning of the building

THE REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 year's Experience as a Resident Caretaker or Building Manager (preferred)
- This person must have a customer service focus




- Must be comfortable living on site.
- Maintenance light - must perform small basic maintenance (change a deadbolt, small paint touch ups, light bulbs, fix a faucet)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

- $35,000 to $45,000 per annum
