The Angus Watt Advisory Group at National Bank Financial Wealth Management provides investment management, financial planning, and wealth advisory solutions to individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. We are looking for an organized, motivated, and client-focused Associate to join our team. Working closely with Wealth Advisors, Associates, and internal partners, you will help coordinate client service and support the day-to-day administration of client accounts.

Your Role:
As an Associate, you will help ensure that client requests are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently. You will communicate with clients and colleagues, maintain client information, coordinate account-related activities, and support Wealth Advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service
- Provide professional and responsive service to clients in person, by telephone, and by email.
- Help respond to routine client questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Keep clients and advisors informed about the progress of service requests.
- Build positive relationships through explicit communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
Advisor and Team Support
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with client meeting preparation.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, documentation, and follow-up items.
- Support Wealth Advisors with activities related to client service and business development.
- Communicate effectively with advisors, clients, operational departments, and other internal partners.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and team-first working environment.
Account Administration and Operations
- Assist with opening, updating, and maintaining client files.
- Process routine account instructions and follow up to ensure requests are completed.
- Support deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency conversions,
and other account-related activities within the responsibilities of the role.
- Maintain accurate records and help keep client documentation complete and current.
- Monitor outstanding items and follow through with the appropriate colleagues or departments.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Follow established policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements.
- Protect confidential client information and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify missing information or potential issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Complete assigned work carefully, consistently, and within required timelines.
What You Bring:
Education and Experience:
- A college diploma in a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, administration, financial services, or a related environment.
- Experience working with clients and handling confidential information is an asset.
- An interest in developing a career in wealth management.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strong client-service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization and priority-management skills.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
