We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Grounds Worker to help with general property maintenance and outdoor work.

This is a hands-on position that includes basic maintenance, groundskeeping, cleaning, and helping keep the property safe, clean, and well maintained.

Responsibilities

- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor areas
- Grass cutting, trimming, watering, and seasonal cleanup
- Keep outdoor areas clean and remove garbage or debris
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Help with event setup and cleanup when required
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal work
- Complete other general maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking




- Comfortable performing physical work
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
- Basic maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience is an asset
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation is preferred
