Duties

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their purchases at the checkout counter
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, card, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers
- Conduct product demos when applicable to highlight features and benefits to customers
- Upsell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills





- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader audience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience, especially in technology or consumer electronics, is preferred
- Technical sales experience including product demos and explaining features clearly to customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to assist customers both in person and over the phone
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a friendly approach
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques to enhance store presentation and drive revenue

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
