UWest Winnipeg is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg team.

This is a customer-facing sales position within the telecommunications industry. You’ll meet with customers, learn what they are looking for, introduce relevant products and services, and help them choose an option that fits their needs.

As an authorized representative of Rogers Communications, UWest Winnipeg provides customers with information about telecommunications products, services, plans, and current promotions.

No previous telecommunications experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

- Meet with customers in person and build professional relationships
- Start conversations with customers and understand what they are looking for
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and preferences
- Present relevant telecommunications products, services, and plans
- Explain features, pricing, promotions, and available options
- Compare solutions based on the customer's priorities
- Answer questions and address customer concerns
- Guide customers through product selection and enrolment
- Complete customer information and required documentation accurately
- Follow established sales and customer-service procedures
- Keep up with current products, services, and promotions
- Participate in coaching, product training, and team meetings
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
