SERVICE WRITER/ADMINSTRATOR-NISKU

Since its inception in 1980, Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in the design and manufacture of custom solutions in the mobile, industrial and oil and gas OEM markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for a Service Writer to join our team in Nisku, Alberta.

The Service Writer acts as the hub for organization and coordination of maintenance jobs and administration and is an integral part of the service team

Responsibilities:

- Track and organize jobs in the Service Department
- Prioritize and schedule jobs for the mechanics
- Create detailed work orders for service customers
- Order shop supplies and parts for the mechanics
- Order/data entry into Prophet (P21) system

Qualifications/Experience

- 2+ years experience in a service workplace, with a strong understanding of hydraulics preferred
- Experience with P21 system desirable




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications – Excel, Word
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
