The Role: Shop Hand & Polisher
We are currently seeking a motivated Shop Hand and Polisher to join our crew. This is a hands-on role essential to production and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stone Finishing: Perform water-assisted edge work on natural and engineered stone.
- Production Support: Assist with loading/unloading the CNC saw and racking slabs/fabricated pieces.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain shop organization, manage waste disposal, and perform basic maintenance on small tools.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Shop Foreman,



as well as the installation and measurement teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (working alongside crane and hydraulic lift systems).
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to following safety protocols in a shop workplace.
- Motivation: A desire to learn the trade and advance within the company.
