C$26 an hour plus a bonus for every paying customer you sign. Part-time, fully remote, 4:00 pm to 8:15 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Every call is with a business owner who's already been screened.

WaterLine answers missed calls for small plumbing shops in the US. I'm Kevin, the founder. I close these deals myself by phone, in one call, with a live demo. I'm hiring part time closers who live in Canada, outside Quebec.

The job is all closing. A screener calls every shop first and confirms the owner picks up. No prospecting, no gatekeepers. You'll run a live demo on your screen while you talk.

Pay:

C$26 an hour for every hour, training and breaks included. That's about C$550 a week.

C$25 for each shop you sign that makes its first payment, and C$50 for every one past 10 in a month.

Closers I keep at day 90 move to C$30 an hour.

The shift: two 2-hour calling blocks with a 15 minute paid break in between, 20 hours of calling a week. It runs 4:00 pm to 8:15 pm Eastern wherever you live.

The trial: your first 3 months are a probation period, and the first 4 weeks are a paid trial. Not everyone will be kept.



I decide at the end of week 4 using the same written scorecard for everyone.

Required: at least one year of phone sales, clear and persuasive spoken English for business calls, and you live in Canada outside Quebec and are legally entitled to work in Canada.
