UFD is a floral wholesaler located in the beautiful region of Niagara. We offer our customers a wide variety of fresh cut flowers, greens, potted product and more!

We are looking for a hard working and organized individual to received incoming orders, stock our cooler and care for the flowers in it.

Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming product and organize the received boxes accordingly
- Prepare carts of product for cutting
- Maintain proper stock and rotation of flowers
- Organize bouquet inventory/stock
- Ensure proper rotation of product
- Prepare the necessary product for bouquet recipes
- Clean and maintain the bouquet cooler
- Collaborate with product purchasers on product shortages or updates
- Work with bouquet manager for the daily and weekly production plan and numbers
- Be knowledgeable of products you are working with and how to handle them (training will be provided)
- Handle all product in appropriate fashion (with care as not to damage the product)




- Ensure all supplies are kept neatly and sleeves are in the proper location
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with co-workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy setting

Qualifications

- Knowledge of flowers is an asset
- Accurate and detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on your feet all day and lift 20-30lbs regularly

Job Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am start until finish (usually between 4:00-5:00pm each day). Saturday's during peak floral seasons.
