A large and one of the most recognized and reputable car rental companies with thousands of car rental locations across the US and the world, is currently hiring a VSA

The VSA supports the wholesale department by inspecting vehicles, organizing inventory, and preparing units for sale and pickup. This role requires solid attention to detail, clear communication, organization skills and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure vehicles are accurately processed, safely handled, and ready for buyers for pick up or delivery

This is a short-term role with a potential for extension or hire down the road.

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Term: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Pay: $19/hr

As a Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA)...

· Inspect each vehicle upon check-in to wholesale.

· Examine both exterior and interior for body damage or defects. (details will be given in training)

· If damage is found, move the vehicle to the designated damage area.

· Report all damages and update the vehicle status to idle side to Toronto Distribution as required.

Vehicle Preparation





· Verify that the vehicle ownership paperwork is present; notify the Fleet Team immediately if ownership is missing.

Pre-Sale & Post-Sale Duties

· Once a vehicle is sold, perform a second damage inspection to ensure accuracy.

· Prepare the vehicle for pickup, turning it around and clearly writing the buyer’s name on the window.

· Place the Gate Pass inside the vehicle prior to release.

Vehicle Release

· During pickup, verify the VIN against the gate pass to ensure the correct vehicle is being released.

· Follow all safety and security procedures during the release process.

Skills:

· Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record

· Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles

· Effective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers and management

Additional Notes:

· Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by

management due to operational needs.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
