Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is currently seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for our Regina, SK, location.
The position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's Learning Management System. Working under the guidance of the Program Development Manager and LMS Analyst, the LMS Administrator supports learning path administration, course maintenance, training records management, reporting, auditing, and learner support activities to ensure the LMS remains accurate, reliable, and aligned with organizational learning requirements.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent full time opportunity based on business needs.
The LMS Administrator plays a key role in maintaining learning data integrity, supporting training compliance, facilitating user adoption, and ensuring employees and leaders have access to accurate learning information. This position is intended to develop progressively as organizational learning requirements grow and may evolve into broader LMS coordination responsibilities over time.

What You Will Be Responsible For
LMS Administration & Maintenance
- Administer learning path and course assignments utilizing both system automation and manual assignment processes to ensure employees receive accurate training aligned with role requirements.
- Maintain learner profile information, user permissions, certifications, and training assignments to ensure system data remains accurate and current.
- Monitor LMS functionality and identify system issues requiring troubleshooting or escalation to the LMS Analyst.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of approved LMS enhancements, updates, and configuration changes.
Learning Path & Course Administration
- Update learning paths, course structures, certifications, equivalencies, and training content to ensure learning requirements remain current and aligned with business needs.
- Monitor equipment manufacturer (OEM) learning paths, course requirements, certification changes, continuing education updates, and training-cost revisions to support accurate LMS maintenance.
- Build and maintain LMS course shells, learning paths, event offerings, and related training structures based on approved requirements and guidance from the LMS Analyst.
- Conduct regular reviews of LMS catalog content and retire or update obsolete training information to maintain system accuracy.
Data Administration & Quality Assurance
- Validate, enter and maintain employee unique identifiers within UKG Pro to support accurate training assignment, completion tracking, and reporting.
- Administer and validate outputs from the Analytics & Validation Assistant (AVA) tool and supporting audit processes to identify and resolve LMS data discrepancies.
- Execute learner data imports, training completion uploads, assignment updates, and training history uploads to ensure employee learning records remain complete and accurate.
- Validate learner records, learning path assignments, certifications, and training data to maintain confidence in LMS reporting and compliance tracking.
Reporting, Auditing & Compliance
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc LMS reports to support compliance monitoring, certification tracking, training progression, workforce development planning, and operational decision-making.
- Monitor employee training progression, overdue learning requirements, certification status, and assignment completion rates and provide follow-up reporting as required.
- Conduct routine audits of learning paths, course structures, training records, certifications, and learner data to ensure system integrity and audit readiness.
- Support internal and external audit requests through data validation, reporting, and documentation activities.
User Support & Documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for LMS support inquiries and assist learners, managers, instructors, and administrators in navigating the system effectively.
- Monitor LMS support tickets, shared inboxes, and support requests and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures that support effective LMS administration and user adoption.
- Participate in training activities and knowledge transfer sessions provided by the LMS Analyst to support the development of LMS expertise and system knowledge.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve LMS processes, administrative workflows, reporting accuracy, and user experience to increase operational efficiency and system effectiveness.
- Assist with documenting and implementing approved process improvements, governance standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Support the continued growth of the LMS through ongoing course, learning path, reporting, and administrative enhancements.
What We Look For
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration, Education/Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience supporting and administering a Learning Management System, HRIS, or organizational database systems.
- Experience with database reporting, data management, records administration, auditing, or compliance monitoring is considered an asset.
