Key Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, professional guest service and greet guests promptly upon arrival.
- Manage spa reservations, appointment confirmations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls.
- Enter and maintain guest information and ensure intake forms are completed in the spa software.
- Organize therapist room schedules to maximize booking efficiency.
- Communicate important guest and operational information to the Spa Manager and Supervisors.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and work toward a positive resolution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
- Sanitize and restock the front desk, washrooms, hallways, linen areas, and other guest areas.
- Restock spa supplies, amenities, and linens; follow cleaning and facility checklists.
- Report maintenance or facility concerns to management promptly.
- Collect guest feedback and note guest preferences for future visits.
- Support other team members and assist with front desk coverage during breaks.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and goal-setting activities.
- Support sales goals through rebooking, retail sales, memberships, packages, and enhancements.




- Provide courteous and efficient service while maintaining Sabai Thai Spa's service standards.

Qualifications:

- 1–2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or spa reception preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Comfortable using booking and scheduling software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
