We are seeking a Test Automation Architect with 10–12 years of automation experience and at least 3 years of hands-on Playwright experience. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise automation strategy and architecture while remaining hands-on with TypeScript, Playwright, Helenium, AI-assisted testing, and Prompt Engineering.

Key Requirements

- 10–12 years of Test Automation experience.
- 3+ years of Playwright hands-on experience.
- TypeScript – Mandatory with strong framework development experience.
- Playwright – Mandatory including fixtures, hooks, locators, assertions, browser contexts, tracing, retries, reporting, parallel execution, and sharding.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, reusable automation frameworks.
- Helenium experience with self-healing automation/dynamic locator recovery.
- Prompt Engineering for test design, test-data generation, defect analysis, and automation development.




- Solid CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Experience with parallel/distributed test execution.
- Strong automation strategy, estimation, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews.

Nice to Have

- REST/API automation.
- P&C; Insurance domain experience.
- GenAI/LLM application testing and RAG concepts.
- Performance/non-functional testing.
- Docker/cloud-based test execution.
- Agile/DevOps experience.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
