Looking for Someone Who Knows Their Way Around Tools
Do you have experience using drills, saws, nail guns, sanders, or other power tools? Have you worked in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, manufacturing, framing, roofing, or another hands-on trade?
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team building large structural wood components used in major commercial and industrial projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend your day cutting, assembling, sanding, measuring, and fabricating wood products using a variety of hand and power tools.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing or construction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Measuring and marking materials using tape measures and layouts
- Cutting wood products with circular saws, chop saws, and other equipment
- Using drills, nail guns, impact drivers, sanders, and hand tools
- Assembling wood components according to drawings and specifications
- Installing screws, fasteners, and hardware
- Sanding, finishing, and preparing products for shipment
- Packaging completed materials and preparing them for delivery
- Reading production drawings and work orders
- Assisting with material handling and shop organization
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- Experience using hand and power tools in a work environment
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working with saws, drills, nail guns, and similar tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe work boots
- Strong attendance and reliability

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
